The Damen Avenue Bridge at 6 PM.
It was a freezing November evening when the zipper on our favorite commuter pack gave out. As the freezing sleet poured down and our work laptops soaked in the slush, we realized a painful truth: most cycling gear isn't built for those who actually live on two wheels. It’s built for fair-weather sundays.
That was the night Bikepakmart was born.
Founded by a group of local Chicago riders who survived daily commutes through the Loop and weekend gravel escapes, we decided to stop searching for the perfect gear and start building it.

From testing bags on the bumpy streets of the Loop to packing gear for weekend escapes beyond the city limits, we don’t just sell bike accessories—we live in them.
