Cons -1. It is very heavy, I struggle to be able to get it on and off my van without help.Pros-This rack is heavy! It is sturdy and solid.2 .holds our fat tire bike no problem.3.adjustable. I can put adult bikes and children's bikes. The wheel holders adjust in and out as well as the top bars adjusting up and down.4. Locks. It's great to have it lock onto the hitch and also be able to lock the individual bikes into their spots5. There is space between the bikes, I don't have to worry about them catching on each other. It took my husband about an hour to put it together. He said it was fine and he didn't have any issues doing so.

        Very Sturdy

Very sturdy and easily holds four bikes securely. The tilt feature is definitely a 2-person job with the bikes on, but that is not a big issue. Assembly instructions were well laid out and my husband and I had it together in about 20 minutes. Can’t remember if the instructions indicated this - but be sure to assemble it on your vehicle, it allows ground clearance for inserting the parts and securing the bolts. We’ve used it as only a 2-bike rack and also used it with the additional set added for a 4-bike rack. Great price for such a versatile sturdy bike rack

        Sturdy, multi purpose and affordable

This bike rack has been great. It needs complete assembly up front (which would be hard without a socket set), but that also means you can use it as either a full 4 bike rack or a 2 bike rack if you don’t fully assemble it. This flexibility has been great, and something I use all the time. I leave the front half and back half individually built, just not joined. If you need to load a 3rd or 4th bike, just bolt the two halves together and go.The full 4 bike rack is VERY heavy, which speaks to its sturdiness, but also makes it unwieldy. I’ve found splitting it into 2 pieces both makes it easier to get on/off the car and much easier to hang on the garage wall.It has an anti-wobble feature that’s activated by tightening a bolt once threaded through the hole in the hitch (again, a socket wrench makes this much easier) that makes it very sturdy. When I tighten it all the way, I can’t wiggle the rack at all without moving the whole car. I’ve hauled 2 bikes on a 6 hour round trip ride with no concerns. The bolt also comes with a hole at the end for a padlock, if you’d like to leave the rack on for extended periods or take it on trips. The fold up and down is easy, a very convenient feature. It’s not as slick as a top name brand rack, but it’s also less than half the cost, so that’s worth it to me.Lastly, the arms that lock the bike in place seem sturdy and like they will last a long time. My bike is a straight cross beam on the frame and my wife’s is an angled one, and it works great for both. It has straps for the tires, but I view them as more or a safety than actually doing anything. I’ve purposefully not strapped them down the past few local trips and haven’t noticed any difference. The one thing I’d like is a way to lock bikes to the rack itself, but I can buy a long bike lock and thread it through any bikes on the rack + the rack itself to make something work. Again, not as slick as the name brand racks, but worth the money saved for me.All in all, I’d highly recommend this rack to anyone looking.

        Well built!!

I’ve only use it a couple times, but can already tell it will last. It holds the bikes sturdy and is very well built. It is pretty heavy though and finding an out of way storage space was difficult. Almost like adding another bike to the overcrowded garage. Only complaint is one of the frame rails is missing plastic end cap
