I will put one on each side of the rear basket side of my 3-wheel cycle. I have observed that when driving around in the daylight, these types of lights attract my attention from a great distance. Consequently, I will use them in the day time as well as at night. They come with two types of mountings -- one set for tubular mounting and another for other types, such as a belt or (in my case) a basket. The lights can be snapped out of the bracket with out changing the mount.

Super bright with three settings. Easy to install. They come with two mounts, one being more permanent, and the other for easy transfer from one bike to the next. These also make great trail or driveway markers for hard to find places.

I bought this one because it used a standard AAA battery. I didn't want to be taking a light off to charge. Couldn't say how long the batteries last yet, still running on the first set. The light is bright enough to keep from getting ran over. Have two neighbors that have gotten one for their bikes.

I am giving this light a 5 star review, however 1 of the 2 pairs did not work on arrival. But by removing the small phillip head screws I was able to fix the problem. You will see 2 small metal flaps that make contact with the light source. By gently tipping up the metal flaps so there was contact. It works great and I really like the lights. So if you initially have a problem try this fix.

If you ride like I do, understanding that every car is trying to kill me, these are great lights. Day or night they have great visibility. I used the easy strap mount on my rear forks and the light stays put. Using the ones of the two flashing modes in the day time gives you a safety advantage. When I get run over, my family will have a better lawsuit when they show I had on appropriate front and rear lights when a texting driver creams me. I hope I go fast. I wonder what they do with all that cash when I’m gone?
