I bought this to replace my sons kickstand. This one is adjustable but shockingly it was too tall for my sons bike that needs a rear mount stand because it has fat tires. I ended up cutting the metal stand underneath where it slides and locks but the piece now does not lock.... If you need a rear kickstand for an adult bike this is it... if for your kids, look elsewhere.
We bought two different kickstands from these guys, and out of two this one will stay. Looks really good even though I have girly white bike, and it works like a charm. It was easy to install, and it goes straight back once lifted. I didn’t like the other one because it was sticking outward when lifted, and it has a red dot on it.
This one is perfect and you won’t regret it. We are returning the one with red dot and we will get this one for my husband as well.
Purchased a Trek 730 (it's an older bike) which needed a kickstand. Normal kickstands would not work on this bike due to this spot was occupied by the gear and brake cables passing through the area. This kickstand solved the problem and I am very happy with the results. Easy to install and feels solid. I'm very comfortable with the kickstand supporting the bike. No complaints. Like other posts stated, no directions but you really do not need them.
I have a 26” Nikishi Pueblo. I mostly use my bike with a bike trailer for my kids, so I was mildly concerned with the rear mounting, but this clamping design really was perfect. I was able to decide exactly where to position it and with the use of an Allen wrench, easily and quickly got a sturdy, tight fit exactly where I wanted it.
It complements the look of my bike so nicely, and I didn’t even have to adjust the lean, but it’s nice to know it is adjustable if I were to want to.
I feel like the tension to “open” or “close” the kick stand is perfect and easily done. Not too kicky, not too easy either. Just right.
Honestly can’t think of a single con to this product. Highly recommend.

I got tired of not having a kickstand for my new fat bike, and sadly, because of the shape of fat bikes, not all kickstands work. I broke down, and decided to get one of these, and realized there were ones with 2 connection points. I figured it would be a more reliable mounting.
It was a little short between the connection clamps, so I had to put it on welding points, instead of the main body of the bars. Once I tightened it down though, it held firm. It attaches so securely, that it feels like a part of the bike. In fact, with the kickstand fully extended, I've sat on the bike, and put my weight on it, and it feels solid, like it would take a lot to break it, or make it fall off.
My bike has fallen occasionally, but with some experimenting, I learned that if the bike is heavy, and it's not on even ground, it can either drag the kickstand, or roll around it until it falls. It's not the kickstand, it's user error. This kickstand is better than good enough, if your bike falls, you most likely did something wrong.
I recommend setting the length of the kickstand so that the bike leans enough on it that the weight is spread out more evenly between it, and the wheels. Too long, and the bike won't lean enough to be stable, too short, and the bike might accidentally flop over it. You just have to experiment with your own bike.
